Trained as a system coach !
Last summer, I announced my intention: to train as a coach and build a practice for sustainability leaders and teams.
After a busy year, studying whilst working, this weekend, building on my practitioner diploma in executive coaching with AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching, I finished my Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching training with Competence Training Institute and CRR Global.
You could say, one more certificate but honestly, it's much more than the certificate. Of course I have been managing groups and bringing teams to consensus for years, but it feels like I've achieved yet another level with new tools and skills. And I am convinced: the technical transition is hard, but the relational and systemic one is what actually decides whether it happens.
What I see, again and again, in sustainability and industry associations leaders and teams
- The weight of senior leadership pressure and industry politics
- High-stakes negotiations and value conflicts that ask you to hold two truths at once
- Teams that look aligned but have quietly drifted
- The difficulty of truly hearing what your broader stakeholder system is asking for
None of this is solved by a better roadmap. It's solved by making the system and the people in it visible again, to themselves and to each other.
This is where I can help: coaching individuals and teams, always with the whole system in mind surfacing what's really going on and moving toward tangible, shared results.
If any of this sounds familiar, feel free to reach out !
Thank you to my cohort which I hope would not mind me sharing our moment of celebration :-)
