Engineer by training, I specialise in sustainability transition within hard-to-abate industries such as cement, lime, steel, glass, chemicals, and non-ferrous metals. For many years, I worked within major industry associations, shaping decarbonisation pathways and enabling collective action across sectors and systems.

Today, through independent advisory and executive coaching work, I support organisations, ecosystems, and the individuals who carry the weight of transition.

Because transition is not only technical or structural. It is also deeply human. Many sustainability, innovators and transition leaders operate under intense pressure, navigating complexity, uncertainty, and high expectations often in isolation.
