Joining The Brussels Binder community and Stepping Into a New Conversation on Leadership

🎤 Excited to share that I've joined The Brussels Binder speaker community.
After more than 30 years working at the heart of sustainability, industrial transformation, advocacy and decarbonisation, I've decided to bring some of the leadership lessons from that journey to a wider audience.

My keynote,"Leading Change Without Losing Yourself", explores what complex environments taught me about influence, resilience, power, integrity, and the challenge of staying true to who you are while leading change.

It is not a story about overcoming obstacles. It is a reflection on what happens when leadership meets uncertainty, responsibility, organisational politics, and the very human tendency to carry more than we should.

Drawing on experiences from industry, coaching, sailing and leadership, I invite audiences to consider a simple question:

How do we continue to drive change without losing our bearings?
